Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your sessions are reserved exclusively for you.

• Cancellation & Rescheduling Window: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 48 hours of the session will forfeit the session fee and are non-refundable.

• Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify me. Your session will still end at its originally scheduled time to remain fair to subsequent clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and the fee will be forfeited. You will need to rebook again.

• Refund Policy: All booked services and packages are non-refundable once purchased, but may be rescheduled outside of the cancellation window.

• Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session at my discretion if behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive or not within the scope of the services I provide.
