Soul Insight
Understanding our energy creates the foundation for how we choose, discern, and experience our relationship with self and fulfillment in life.
Soul Insight is an opportunity to connect with insight and guidance that can support personal and professional growth, expansion, and forward momentum. While Mediumship focuses on connecting with loved ones who have passed, Soul Insight explores the relationship between your soul’s brilliance and your day-to-day life, allowing trust, awareness, and connection to surface and weave together in meaningful ways. These sessions can shed light on where you may be feeling stuck in your professional life and how to bring into clarity what is keeping you stalled, confused or simply stuck.
45-Minute Soul Insight: A focused experience for one or two circumstances, or areas of your life where you are seeking insight, clarity, or direction.
75-Minute Soul Insight: A more expansive experience that allows greater time for the layers of your curiosity to unfold and allows the space to explore connections, patterns, and guidance more fully and to see how they may relate to your personal or professional growth.

Soul Insight is for individuals seeking clarity, insight, and guidance around their personal or professional life, relationships, choices, spiritual development, or experiences, with a spiritual perspective. Sessions bring practical and logical insight together with the needs of the soul—the desire for growth, expansion, and forward movement while navigating uncertainty. This work is intended for personal growth and exploration and is not appropriate for crisis situations or for matters requiring professional medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice or care.
-
Soul Insight sessions are interactive and centered around the topics or questions you bring with you. Kate connects through psychic awareness to explore what is present and help bring clarity, insight, and perspective to your experience, including the energetic patterns that may support or create resistance to growth and forward movement.
